Community Banking Center Manager

Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES o Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, developing personal growth opportunities and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards. o Ability to highly engage all direct reports and offer an ultimate experience where the customer is "wowed". o Identify and generate small business accounts and loan opportunities, as well as open personal deposit accounts. Complete transactions for customer and produce quality referrals to all business units. o Professionally and actively represents the bank in the community by strategically participating on boards and committees, partnering with charitable organizations, coordinating and teaching financial literacy and attending local professional networking groups. o Promotes a positive image of the bank by demonstrating Core Values; develops and maintains effective business relationships with prospects, customers, employees and retail partners; in addition to serving as a liaison within all areas of the organization. o Adheres to and coaches to the Six Step Experience guidelines with each customer interaction. o Coordinate branch facility maintenance with corporate facility management. o Use consultative selling techniques and thorough analysis to provide solutions for customers in an effort to retain and expand relationships. o Collaborate with HR and RSM to recommend additions or reductions in staff supervised; recruit and interview applicants for staff positions. o Responsible for branch Business Contingency Plan and maintaining established security, compliance and audit procedures. o Review, analyze, understand and coach to various reports pertaining to the success of the branch and bank. o Collaborate with RSM in establishing branch budgets and other internal performance objectives. o Complete other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS  EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in business or financepreferred or equivalent work experience. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Expert knowledge of retail and business products and services; Enhanced knowledge of the banks products, services and policies; Effective understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements; Strong familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures; Solid knowledge of sales and service techniques to work with consumers and businesses. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience. Education Required Bachelors or better in Finance or related field. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
